These Professional Developer and Designer tools are being given away to students at no charge at all. Right now, studnets from these 11 countries/regions are given access to download these micosoft products for free. They include, students from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, China, Germany, France, Finland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Belgium.
