Early morning walk, across the beach or the most nrearest park with the green grass meadow which cools the thirsty of eyes and nerves not only reduces the stress but also enhances our mental stamina which is programmed to meet deadlines.
Balancing the life and work is what we have to do. We often do not give importance to life. We dont spend time with our family. We spend lot of time at work. Also, we spend lot time at home thinking about work which spoils the family relation. No wonder divorce rates are higher.
Walking, Simple exercises, Yoga may help reduce stress. Which may also help us to spend some time with the family. Try spending 30 min a day completely for your family, you will discover there is more to live. And you will want to increase the 30 min to more and more with the family, which will also give you peace, good health, and a happy family.
