The Future of our Work Force

It is important to remember that although much of the temporary agency literature pays tribute to professional temporary agencies as providers of employee discretion, this mostly amounts to peripheral remarks within the wider context of temporary employment. Although the number of temporary professional is relatively small compared to the labour force as a whole. It is significant is because there are indications of an increasing proportion of the laour force becoming professional knowledge based expert workers. We have also suggested that some of these professionals appear to be abruptly breaking with traditional organizations and seeking employment through temporary agencies.

Labour Force is Decreasing, More Automated Machines in Practice will be the result.
